Nurturing Hands Homecare LLC is hiring compassionate, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to join our growing team!

Our agency provides personalized, non-medical homecare services to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities, companionship, and maintaining their independence in the comfort of their homes.
We serve clients with a variety of needs and are looking for caregivers who are flexible, patient, professional, and committed to providing quality care.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care as needed.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
Provide medication reminders and assistance with daily routines.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe movement as appropriate.
Provide transportation and assistance with errands or appointments when authorized.
Offer prompting, cueing, and encouragement to promote independence.
Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
Communicate client concerns or changes in condition to the office promptly.
Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for clients.
Qualifications
Previous caregiving or homecare experience preferred but not always required.
CNA, HHA, PCA, or related experience is a plus.
Must be compassionate, reliable, patient, and professional.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Must successfully complete required background screenings.
Reliable transportation preferred.
Ability to use a mobile device for electronic visit verification and documentation.
Willingness to work with clients with different care needs and backgrounds.
