Technicians will install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems including ductless systems, furnaces, air conditions, heat pumps, gas furnaces, ductwork. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems and preform necessary repairs. Communicate clearly with our customers to explain issues, repairs and maintenance options. Have strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Install and service.
- Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Service of several different pieces of equipment.
- Installation of several different pieces of equipment.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
- Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning ducts.
- Carry out job assignments in a timely manner.
- Maintain and properly use company tools and equipment.
- Track and mange installation materials to minimize waste.
- Follow company procedures for vehicle use and maintenance.
- Promptly record jobs at the end of the day.
Qualifications: - Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable is a MUST.
- Valid Drivers License.
- EPA Certification, NATE certification or the ability to obtain one is not a must but helpful.
- Experience with operation and maintenance of, heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, A/C units.
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl tight spaces, and lift 40 + pounds.
- Good communication skills.
- Employees are expected to be at work on time, well-groomed and arrive in appropriate clean work attire.
- Mechanically inclined a must.
