Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available
This is a position that allows one to gain a deep understanding of loose-leaf teas, steeping techniques, how to receive and ship online orders, and learn about additional tea related products.
Within this position one will:
General Accountabilities
- Print, alphabetize, and highlight packing slips for orders
- Label, weigh, fill, seal, and package orders for shipment
- Become familiar with shipping carriers and how to determine most appropriate option
- Work with a variety of dried roots, barks, flowers, flavors, nuts, leaves, herbs, and spices
- Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary work areas, utensils, equipment and blending areas
- Reference resources for knowlege on appropriate amounts, bag to use and labels
- Learn loose leaf tea basics - time, temperature, amount, brewing, blending, tasting, and discussing

Job Qualifications
Required:
- A minimum of one year of related warehouse and/or food service experience
- Ability to sort items alphabetically
- Understand how to accurately measure products by weight on a scale
- Ability to navigate basic files on a computer to print
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. from floor to above head
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Motivated to achieve as most orders are shipped the same day or day after they are received
- Ability to stand on concrete floors 4-8 hrs./shift
- Consistently on time and available for shifts
- Self motivated yet willing to work with others on team
Preferred:
- Associates, Bachelors, or Masters Degree
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (especially Word and Excel)
- Familiarity with ShipStation & Big Commerce or similiar E-commerce and Shipping platforms
- Experiece washing utensils in a 3 bay sink with quatrenary sanitizer
