Production Associate
We are hiring Production Associates to support operations within a fast-paced automotive glass manufacturing facility. This position works directly within the production environment and may be assigned to different production areas based on operational needs.
Production Associates will complete an initial orientation and training period before being assigned to a specific department or production area.
What You'll Do
- Work on various production and manufacturing lines
- Load and unload automotive glass from conveyors and production equipment
- Visually inspect products for quality and defects
- Pack finished products into racks for movement or shipment
- Move and organize product and material throughout the production area
- Band and secure product racks according to specifications
- Operate production equipment and machinery as trained and authorized
- Perform basic equipment adjustments or minor troubleshooting as directed
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Follow all safety, quality, attendance, and performance standards
- Participate in training and continuous-improvement activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Work Environment
This is a hands-on manufacturing position in an automotive glass production facility. The work environment may be hot, noisy, and physically demanding, and employees will work around production machinery and industrial equipment.
Employees should be comfortable with:

- Bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling

Qualifications
