Manufacturing Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Assistant to join our growing team. This hands-on position supports daily manufacturing and warehouse operations, helping ensure products are produced, packaged, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well independently, and values teamwork and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily manufacturing and warehouse operations as needed.

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to move materials and finished products safely and efficiently.

Assist with production scheduling and workflow coordination.

Performing manufacturing duties including machine operation, product packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation.

Accurately match work orders with customer orders to ensure quality and accuracy.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

Ability to lift heavy materials consistently throughout the workday.

Forklift experience is required.

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic math skills for daily production and inventory tasks.

Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.

Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record are required.
