OpSource Staffing is hiring dependable, hardworking Utility Workers to assist with furniture moving, campus relocations, and room setups at a local college in Asheville, NC.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and working with a team. If you have experience in general labor, moving, warehouse work, or furniture installation, we encourage you to apply!
Job Responsibilities
- Move, lift, and relocate furniture, boxes, and equipment throughout campus.
- Assist with classroom, office, and campus furniture setups.
- Load, unload, and organize materials as needed.
- Follow instructions from college management and supervisors.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Work professionally and cooperatively with campus staff and team members.
- Perform additional general labor and moving tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and moving furniture.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must successfully complete a background check.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred, but not required.
Previous moving, warehouse, furniture installation, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required!
