Title Company Seeks full Time MD Real Estate Title Licensed Settlement
Qualifications:
- Minimum Two (2) years Settlement and Title Company experience
Non Negotiable:
- Must have title real estate license
Responsibilities include the following:
- Conducting purchase residential real estate closings in multiple locations.
- Disbursement and distribution of funds of closing transaction.
- Scanning and shipping loan and recording documentation.
- Attention to detail and communication skills a must.
