We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Machine Operators, Bulk Loaders, and Blenders to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, loading raw materials, blending products according to established formulas, and ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load raw materials into hoppers, mixers, and processing equipment.
- Measure, weigh, and blend materials according to production specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
- Follow all safety, quality, and GMP procedures.
- Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging finished products.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operating, blending, or bulk loading experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production formulas.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
