Thriving Oncology practice in "physician-friendly" Indiana is seeking another Rheumatologist due to demand for services. You will work alongside experienced physicians and three Advanced Practitioners. Large referral base and immediate patient load awaits! Income Guarantee (Years 1-2) / Annual Draw (Year 3+): $325,000. Compensation per wRVU ("Greater Of" Y1-Y2, Pure Productivity Y3+): $57. Sign on Bonus: $60,000 (amortized over 3 years). Student Loan Assistance: $50,000 (amortized over 5 years). APP Supervision: $5,000 per 1.0 FTE. PTO: 32 Days.
