Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
- Perform patient examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
- Prescribe medications and therapies as clinically appropriate
- Coordinate care and referrals with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Follow quality, patient safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
- Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state
- Board certification or board eligibility in the relevant specialty
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Prior federal, VA, or government healthcare experience is a plus
