The Position:
• 4-day workweek with flexible scheduling and dedicated administrative time.
• 1:3 call rotation, taken from home in one-week blocks.
• Join 2 established OB/GYNs with experienced NP support.
• Deliveries directly across the street from the practice, with 24/7 laborist support and a Level II NICU.
• Approximately 25 deliveries per month per physician.
• Guaranteed base salary with $400K+ earning potential.
• Additional productivity bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and malpractice coverage.
