We're recruiting an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established Primary Care practice in beautiful Delray Beach, FL.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation: $250K $300K + Year 1 productivity bonus

• Year 2: 45% of net revenue + shared savings opportunity

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM

• Work-Life Balance: No call or Saturdays

• Patient Volume: patients per day

• Patient Population: Primarily geriatric (70% age 65+)

• Clinical Support: Dedicated MA and experienced office support staff

• Requirements: Board Certified IM/FM preferred; Board Eligible physicians may be considered
