• Board certified (or eligible) in neurology
• Inpatient consultative services with an average of 20 patients per day
• 7 days on, 7 days off 12-hour shift schedule with inpatient call
• Revenue streams from multiple relationships including inpatient rehab and outpatient practice
• 30 bed CARF certified inpatient rehab facility with comprehensive services
• Office procedures including FMG/NCS, Botox, and joint injections
• Flexible compensation models and shared call
• APP support and partnership track available
