• Employment Model: Under a well-established Anesthesia Network
• Annual Total Cash Compensation: $701,000 - $790,000
• Employment Term: 3 Years
• Texas License Fee Reimbursement: $2,000
• Malpractice Coverage: Begins on the first day ($1,000,000 & $3,000,000 policy limits)
• Continuing Medical Education: 5 paid days of CME leave annually, $5,000 annual expense allowance, and 2 paid professional memberships per year
• Full Benefit Package: Includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Retirement, Paid Time Off (45 days in years 1 & 2; 50 days in year 3), and an Extended Illness Bank
