We're looking for motivated, personable individuals who enjoy helping others, building relationships, and creating solutions. No previous insurance experience is necessary. Training, onboarding, and guidance toward obtaining the required state insurance license are provided.
What You'll Do
Educate individuals and businesses about insurance products and employee benefits.
Help clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with individuals, business owners, and other professionals.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Assist with benefits enrollment, education, marketing, and lead generation.
Provide ongoing client support and relationship management.
Complete required training and maintain applicable state insurance licenses.
