Job description

Start Date: 02/01/2027

Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM; scheduled coverage with no call, evenings, weekends, or holidays

Worksite Setting Facility Address(es): Hospital-affiliated outpatient breast imaging center

Scope of Work: Comprehensive breast imaging coverage including screening and diagnostic interpretation, breast MRI, image-guided breast procedures, and multidisciplinary breast imaging services.

Clinical Responsibilities Procedures (if applicable):
  • Screening mammography interpretation
  • Diagnostic mammography interpretation
  • Breast ultrasound interpretation
  • Breast MRI interpretation
  • Contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM) interpretation preferred
  • Stereotactic breast biopsies
  • Tomosynthesis-guided breast biopsies
  • Ultrasound-guided breast biopsies
  • MRI-guided breast biopsies
  • Image-guided breast needle localizations
Volume Support:
  • Coverage need: Minimum 2-4 weeks per month
  • Patient volumes vary based on screening, diagnostic, and procedural schedules
  • Primarily adult female patient population
  • Full support from:
    • Mammography technologists
    • Ultrasound technologists
    • Breast imaging navigators
    • LPNs
    • RNs
