FL - NP shifts in Titusville - PRN November 16-December 23

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for PRN shifts from November 16-December 23 at their Corporate Health center in Titusville, FL. Provider will see ages 6 & up to provide Primary Care, acute episodic care, wellness exams & biometric screenings. Clinic hours are Monday & Thursday 7:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 7:00am-3:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break, and Friday 7:00am-1:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this position. Provider must have a dispensing license for this assignment; DEA and DOT Certification are preferred. Current shift needs are November 16, 17, 18, 20, 23, 24, 25, & 30 and December 1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22 & 23.
