Position Summary: We re seeking a Registered Nurse to join a federal healthcare facility in Fort Worth, Texas. In this full-time role, you ll provide skilled nursing care, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and help promote patient safety and wellness. With flexible shift options and no on-call requirements, this position offers excellent work-life balance and a strong benefits package.
Position Offers:
- Competitive pay of $38 $41 per hour
- Morning, evening, and night shifts available in 8- or 12-hour schedules

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients, monitor their conditions, and promptly respond to changes in health status
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and immunizations
- Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans
- Provide wound care and help manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Accurately document assessments, treatments, and medications in the electronic health record
- Educate patients and families on medications, wellness, treatment plans, and self-care
- Collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Follow infection prevention procedures and respond quickly to urgent or emergency situations
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse license required
