Position Details:
- Established multi-provider practice with strong patient demand and minimal local competition
- Immediate opportunity to step into an existing patient base with significant treatment needs
- Modern technology including CBCT, digital imaging, intraoral scanners, AI-assisted technology, and 3D printing capabilities
- Clinical autonomy with support from experienced operational and clinical leadership
- No call responsibilities and a predictable weekday schedule with limited Saturday coverage

Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected earning potential of approximately $375,000+ annually
- Daily guarantee plus production-based compensation model
- $40,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Eligible for or currently licensed to practice dentistry in New Mexico
- Comfortable in a productive, patient-focused environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with or openness to utilizing modern dental technology.
