About Our Practice
Our office has proudly served the Newport community for more than 40 years. Under new ownership since 2020, we've continued to build a positive, patient-focused culture while investing in our team and practice. Many of our staff members have been with us for over 15 years, creating a welcoming, supportive environment where people enjoy coming to work.
Schedule (Full-time or Part-time)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- One-hour lunch (1:00 PM 2:00 PM)
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay of $45 per hour , with room for growth based on experience and performance
- 401(k) with 3% employer match
- 50% employer-paid health insurance
- Paid continuing education ($200 annual CE allowance)
- Year-end Bonus

Responsibilities
You'll provide comprehensive patient care, including:
- Routine dental hygiene procedures
- Periodontal and restorative charting
- Medical history reviews
- Digital radiographs and panoramic X-rays as needed
- Patient education
- Sterilization
- Scheduling patients' next appointments
- Assisting with front office duties when needed, including answering phones and collecting payments
We use Dentrix practice management software.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who is:
- A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- CPR certified (required)
- Friendly, dependable, and a great communicator
- A positive team player with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Comfortable building lasting relationships with patients
Local anesthesia certification is a plus but not required.
