Job Details:- Provide urgent care services- Jan and ongoing
- Rotating schedule including weekends with three 12-hour shifts per week
- Shift hours are 7:45am - 8:15pm
- Must hold an active Indiana license or IMLC licensure
- Board certification required with a credentialing timeframe of approximately 90 days
- Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Coverage may include an additional urgent care location in West Lafayette, IN
- Nearest airport is Indianapolis International (IND)
