Job description

Ascend Medical is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a locum tenens opportunity.
This is paid as a 1099. Urgent Care Clinic.

Lafayette, IN
• Outpatient only, no call
• 35 to 40 patients per 12-hour shift
• 3 shifts per week
• Ongoing contract need
• January 2027 start
• Full support staff
