We are seeking aboard-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to providecomprehensive, patient-centered care in post-acute and skilled nursingfacilities in Henry, Illinois. Position Highlights
- Six-hour facility shifts,with rounds generally starting between 7:00 and 10:00 am

Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner orPhysician Assistant license to practice in Illinois
- Current national boardcertification through ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN for Nurse Practitioners, orNCCPA for Physician Assistants, as applicable
- Relevant clinical backgroundin internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, general practice,physical medicine and rehabilitation, geriatrics, or a related specialty
- Strong assessment, clinicaldecision-making, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to practiceindependently within your scope while collaborating effectively with facilityteams
