VHV Logistics Inc. is growing, and we're looking for motivated, reliable CDL-A drivers to join our team! Whether you run Dry Van, Power Only, or Amazon Relay loads, we offer competitive pay, consistent freight, performance bonuses, and a team that respects your time on the road.
COMPENSATION & BONUSES
- $0.75 per mile, based on experience, performance, and loyalty program eligibility
- OR 25%-30% of gross revenue, depending on the agreed pay plan
- Advertised weekly earning potential: $3,100-$3,700, depending on miles, loads, and pay structure
- Paid on all miles - loaded and empty, under the mileage pay plan
- Weekly direct deposit - reliable, on-time payments
- Weekly and quarterly performance bonuses with achievable qualification requirements
- Extra bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections
- Driver Referral Bonus: $500-$1,000 for each qualifying driver you refer, according to program terms
HOME TIME
- Typically 22-25 days on the road, followed by 5-6 days at home
- We plan routes with your home time in mind
- OTR operations across all 48 contiguous states
EQUIPMENT & DRIVER SUPPORT
- Late-model Freightliner Cascadia automatic trucks
- In-cab refrigerator and inverter
- APU-equipped trucks
- Fuel cards, toll passes, and PrePass
- 24/7 emergency breakdown assistance
- Professional dispatch and operational support
EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS
- W-2 or 1099 arrangements, where applicable and legally permitted
- Clear pay terms and performance bonus requirements
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 1 month of CDL-A experience
- Willingness to run OTR across the 48 contiguous states
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and professional attitude
- Flatbed experience is a plus, but motivated drivers willing to learn are welcome
