BoatCraft is looking for an Experienced Marine Mechanic / Marine Technician with a proven track record to join our growing service team.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for a skilled technician who can confidently diagnose problems, make quality repairs, and take ownership of their work.
What You'll Do
Diagnose, service, and repair marine engines and systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, fuel, cooling, and steering issues
Perform maintenance, engine repairs, rigging, and equipment installations
Use diagnostic software and testing equipment to accurately identify problems
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional marine technician experience preferred
Proven diagnostic and repair ability
Experience with outboard and/or sterndrive engines
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Manufacturer certifications or factory training are a plus
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
Valid driver's license and strong work history
