JOB DESCRIPTION:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of Residential Service Experience
- Able to complete all work orders and ensure they are accurate, legible, and completed in a timely fashion
- Install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, shower valves, etc.
- Clear clogged lines
- Repair / replace water heaters
- Repair / rebuild non-functional / leaking drains
- Repiping of residential potable water systems
- Slab leak repairs
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability
- Strategic on-call schedule
PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED:
- Journeyman card
- Plumbing certifications
Work Schedule:
- 7a to 5p
- On call weekly rotation
- On call bonus
