  • Operate CDL vacuum trucks to pump and clean grease traps/interceptors

  • Transport grease waste to approved disposal or treatment facilities

  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and equipment

  • Use hoses, pumps, and vacuum systems safely

  • Complete service tickets, manifests, and DOT paperwork
