Training & Career Development:
Preparation for the SAFE mortgage Loan Originator licensing examination
Training and provided resources for the mortgage licensing exam
Structured training in mortgage lending, the loan process, and borrowers needs
Opportunities to develop practical sales, communication and customer service skills
Guidance from experience sales leaders and mortgage professionals in a supportive high-energy team environment
Potential career opportunities after successful completion of training and applicable requirements
What You'll Do:
Participate actively in scheduled training sessions, coaching and knowledge assessments
Complete assigned coursework and prepare for the mortgage licensing exam
Practice customer conversations and consultative sales techniques through training exercises
Learn to navigate mortgage origination systems and complete assigned practiced activities
Apply feedback, stay organized, and follow through on program expectations
Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and ethical judgement throughout the program.
Who we're looking for:
Interest in a long-term career in sales, finance, or mortgage lending
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with customers by phone
Self-motivation, coachability, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset
Comfort learning new systems and working in a performance-focused environment
Ability to meet applicable state and federal mortgage originator licensing requirements
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or a call center environment is helpful but not required.
