Bilingual (Spanish/English) Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator
Location: Cleona, PA
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish) Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator to join our Cleona, PA branch.
This role supports our clients' staffing needs by managing full-cycle recruitment, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring compliance with all company and client requirements.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates roles.
- Post and manage job ads across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and training schedules.
- Manage employee scheduling and job assignments.
- Collect and verify employee timesheets for payroll.
- Partner with payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain accurate reports on staffing metrics and activity.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and candidates.
Requirements:
- Able to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
