About the Role: Astro Integrated Systems LLC is looking for a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our growing team in Marietta, GA. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality integrated systems solutions to our clients. Responsibilities: - Install, terminate, and test low voltage systems including structured cabling, AV, access control, and security systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on low voltage systems to identify and resolve issues
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on job sites
- Ensure all installations meet NEC, local codes, and industry standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project progress
- Conduct system testing, commissioning, and client walkthroughs upon project completion
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in low voltage installation (structured cabling, AV, security, or access control)
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and low voltage testing equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
