HVAC Service Technician
Ace Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team!
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking technician with 2-3+ years of HVAC service experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, problem-solving, and providing excellent customer service.
PAY & POSITION DETAILS
- $26-$35 per hour, based on experience and skill level
- Full-time position
- Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays as needed
- Company vehicle provided
- Company fuel card provided
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment
- Identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs or solutions
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain repairs clearly
- Complete service calls efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3+ years of HVAC service experience required
- Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues independently
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- EPA certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
