We re hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) who wants a predictable weekday schedule, strong earning potential, and the stability of an established physician-led primary care organization.
You ll step into an outpatient role focused exclusively on adult primary care. You ll manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, wellness visits, medications, diagnostics, and referrals with support from a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $130,000 $160,000
• Quarterly bonus opportunity up to 25%
