This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.
Salary and Benefits
- Hourly rate: $32.00 - $48 (based on years of experience)
- Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 for days and $20,000 for nights
- Days, Nights, and mixed shifts available in patient and FSED

Responsibilities
- In this role, you will provide nursing care on cases ranging from minor injuries to acutely or critically ill patients.
- Triage, assess and treat patients of all ages
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
- Develop plans that prescribe strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously, providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs continually
- Provide follow-up care instructions to patients and make necessary referrals
- Coordinate functions with physicians and other departments of the hospital while being patient-focused and safety-aware at all times
Requirements
- 1 year of Recent (within the last 2-3 years) Acute Care RN experience
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain a Florida license after relocation.
- Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of the employment start date
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of the employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Be a quick thinker, decision-maker, and multitasker, with a willingness to adapt to whatever the day may bring.
