We re hiring a Registered Nurse in Panama City, Florida who wants stability, strong pay, and the ability to grow in a fast-paced acute care setting.
You ll step into a clinical hospital-based role focused on assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care within a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. This is a true acute care environment where your critical thinking skills matter. You ll work independently while being supported by a collaborative team.

What makes you a great fit
• You are a licensed Florida RN or compact RN willing to obtain a Florida license within 60 days
• You have acute care RN experience within the past 3 years (or within 5 years with several years of RN experience)
• You are BLS certified

Compensation & Benefits
• $29.92 $44.88 per hour based on experience
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for days or $15,000 for nights
