- Experience: Minimum 2 years in EM (will be checked on presentations) - REQUIRED
- License: Ohio - REQUIRED
- COVID Vaccination: REQUIRED
- BLS/ACLS: Current at time of submission
- NRP: REQUIRED
- Clean Background: No malpractice - REQUIRED, no exceptions
- Submission: Full presentation with rates and availability (minimum of 10 shifts/month) at the time of name clear - REQUIRED, no exceptions. Will be redirected if information is not provided at name clear (can be added into additional information)
