DOT certification is a plus

$100,000 in signing and starting bonus

Compensation: Extremely competitive hourly compensation plus bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefit package including paid malpractice, annual CME allowance, PTO ; $50K signing, $50K starting incentives plus relocation.
