Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat various dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and root canals
Perform preventative procedures, such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
Provide comprehensive dental examinations, including X-rays and oral cancer screenings
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
Create and fit dental appliances, such as dentures, bridges, and crowns
Prescribe and administer appropriate medications and pain management
Maintain accurate and complete patient records
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
Qualifications:
Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution
Valid dental license in the applicable state
Excellent knowledge of dental anatomy, physiology, and pathology
Proficient in various dental procedures and techniques
Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills
Commitment to providing high-quality dental care
Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and advancements
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a private dental practice
Proficiency in cosmetic and restorative dentistry
Experience in using dental software and digital imaging
Membership in professional dental organizations
