Our Guest Services team helps create a welcoming, organized experience from the moment a guest contacts the salon until the end of their visit. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly and can stay organized in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and help them feel comfortable
- Answer phone calls, texts and scheduling questions
- Schedule/reschedule and confirm appointments
- Check guests in and cash them out
- Process payments accurately
- Communicate with stylists about scheduling and guest needs
- Help maintain a clean and organized front desk and retail area
- Learn about salon services and Aveda products
- Support the team with other day-to-day salon tasks
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional and dependable - attendance is paramount
- Comfortable speaking with guests in person and over the phone
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using computers and learning scheduling software
- Able to remain calm and helpful during busy periods
- Previous customer service, reception or salon experience is helpful but not required
