Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Sign Production Workers to join our manufacturing/installation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in a factory or manufacturing production environment. This role involves working on the assembly line, fabricating signage components, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Operate various hand tools and power tools to assemble sign products according to specifications.
- Fabricate components as needed for production processes.
- Work collaboratively on the assembly line to meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse as required.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
Experience
- Previous experience in a factory or sign manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and assembly processes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
- Experience operating boom lifts and scissor lifts is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to fabricate signage using dimensioned drawings.
- Ability to operate CNC machinery is preferred.
- Ability is operate Laser Cutters is preferred.
- Ability to install signage using blueprints and dimensioned drawings is preferred.
- Ability to work outside and inside environments is preferred.
