OTR Class A Driver

Elite Transportation is seeking a dependable, professional Class A CDL driver to step into a well-maintained, fully serviced 2009 Freightliner Cascadia. Run for an independent small fleet owner who treats you like a person, not a truck number.

What We Offer:

• Pay Rate: Flat $1,500.00 base salary per week plus 11 cents per mile per diem.
• Payroll Structure: 1099 independent contractor position, paid weekly.
• Predictable Schedule: Steady Monday through Friday schedule with guaranteed weekends off.
• Freight Lanes: Regular dedicated Midwest regional loop running from Ohio to Iowa and back.
• The Equipment: Clean, fully compliant tractor with an ELD, freshly serviced with strict preventative maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR experience required.
• Clean MVR and background (no major recent violations or critical accidents).
• Must pass CRST Safety screening and standard DOT physical/drug test to lease on.
