Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailers across designated routes, adhering to all safety and traffic regulations
• Drive types flatbed.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the truck and trailer to identify mechanical issues or safety concerns before and after trips.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery updates, route changes, or any incidents encountered on the road.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, load details, and delivery documentation in accordance with federal regulations.

Experience

• Proven commercial driving experience with a focus on over-the-road routes, including delivery driver roles involving freight handling.
• Cargo Securement: Strapping, chaining, and tarping
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience OTR
