About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Operate flatbed trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently.
- Inspect vehicles for safety and compliance before and after trips.
- Secure loads using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding deliveries.
- Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting on vehicles as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of flatbed driving experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
- Ability to secure and handle loads properly and safely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel long distances.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and DOT drug screening.
