Earn up to $0.90 per mile for teams or $0.80 per mile for solo drivers, including qualifying bonuses. Plus paid holidays, PTO and additional earning opportunities.
Globe Logistics is hiring full-time W-2 solo and team drivers. Haul dry van freight with frequent drop and hook loads, drive well-equipped Volvo and Freightliner trucks and get support 24 hours a day.
PAY AND BONUSES
Team Drivers - Up to $0.90 per mile
- $0.80 per mile base pay.
- Plus $0.05 per mile safety bonus.
- Plus $0.05 per mile productivity bonus.
Solo Drivers - Up to $0.80 per mile
- $0.70 per mile base pay for qualifying drivers.
- Plus $0.05 per mile safety bonus.
- Plus $0.05 per mile productivity bonus.
All loaded and empty miles are paid.
Safety and productivity bonuses apply to all miles driven during the qualifying month and are paid the following month. Safety requirements include no violations, equipment damage or excessive idling.
ADDITIONAL EARNING OPPORTUNITIES
- Clean inspection bonuses up to $1,000.
- $1,000 driver referral bonus.

PAID HOLIDAYS AND PTO

EQUIPMENT AND DRIVER SUPPORT
- Volvo and Freightliner trucks with automatic transmissions.
- Trucks equipped with an APU, inverter and microwave.
- Dry van freight with frequent drop and hook loads.

- Take your truck home when there is no company yard nearby.
- 24-hour support.
YOUR ROLE
- Safely transport freight and complete pickups and deliveries.
- Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery paperwork.
- Communicate with dispatch about load updates and delays.
- Take care of company equipment and provide professional service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of CDL Class A experience.
- Maximum 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- No DUI in the past 5 years.
- Comfortable with E-logs and smartphones.
- Meet applicable DOT requirements and company safety standards.
- Available for over the road work.
