HVAC Technician
Location: West Berlin, NJ
Pay: $25-$45 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Service furnaces, central air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and thermostats.
- Perform preventive maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and system performance checks.
- Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigerant-related issues.
- Read wiring diagrams and use HVAC diagnostic tools to determine repair needs.
- Explain findings and recommended repairs clearly to customers.
- Document work performed, parts used, and maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain tools and equipment and follow established safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of HVAC electrical and refrigeration systems.
- EPA Section 608 certification appropriate to the equipment serviced.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with other technicians.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record suitable for operating a service vehicle.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.
