We are seeking a Construction Worker to support commercial and industrial construction projects under the direction of the Foreman and/or Superintendent. This role involves material handling, structural assembly, concrete work, carpentry, site cleanup, and occasional operation of powered equipment while maintaining strong safety standards. Advancement opportunities include a lead worker pathway and supervisor development.
Responsibilities
- Handle and transport construction materials safely and efficiently.
- Support structural assembly and carpentry activities.
- Perform concrete work as directed by site leadership.
- Operate powered equipment occasionally in accordance with site procedures.
- Follow construction safety requirements and maintain a compliant work environment.
- Complete site cleanup and maintain organized work areas.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of construction experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Construction trade school coursework.
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
