Now Hiring: Part-Time Building Maintenance Technician
Hours: 15-20 hours per week
Location: Downtown Dallas, TX 75202
Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to handle general maintenance for 2 smaller commercial office buildings. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and helps ensure the property remains safe, clean, and well maintained for tenants and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs.
- Handle basic plumbing, lighting, and handyman tasks.
- Conduct routine building inspections and identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain common areas and ensure the property remains clean and presentable.
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests as needed.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and coordinate outside contractors when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous building maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tools, repairs, and general maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Professional and courteous when interacting with tenants and vendors.
This is a part-time position offering approximately 15-20 hours per week, with a schedule and pay to be discussed based on building needs.
