Building Engineer/Assistant Manager - multi tenant office building

We are seeking a Building Engineer/Assistant Manager for a 165,000 square foot multi tenant office building. Employee will receive an annual salary as well as a year end bonus based on performance.

Primary Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing all building systems
2. Opening office building at 7 AM Monday - Friday
3. Minor repairs throughout the building
4. General maintenance including changing bulbs and ballasts, lock changes and replacing filters.
5. Assisting Building Manager with respect to: (a) Responding to tenant complaints; (b) Scheduling building contractors; (c) Showing vacant space to prospective tenants; and (d) Responding to tenants needs generally (e) Light administrative work.

Qualifications:

1. Must have prior experience in handling multi tenant office properties.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to work with tenants, vendors and other personnel.
4. Must be a team player.
