About the Role: CE Property Services is looking for a detail-oriented Roofing Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team in Littleton, CO. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough quality control inspections on residential and/or commercial roofing installations and repairs
- Identify and document deficiencies, code violations, and workmanship issues on job sites
- Communicate inspection findings and corrective actions to crew leads and project managers
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
- Perform pre- and post-installation inspections including flashing, underlayment, and shingle/material placement
- Maintain accurate inspection reports, photo documentation, and quality control logs
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions
Requirements: - 2+ years of hands-on roofing experience (installation, repair, or inspection)
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems including shingles, flat roofs, flashing, and underlayment
- Familiarity with local building codes and roofing industry standards
- Ability to safely navigate rooftops and work at heights
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observation and documentation skills
- Effective communication skills to relay findings clearly to field and office teams
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus
