Compensation: $65,000-$77,000 annually
Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:00 PM-10:00 PM
Job Type: Direct Hire Full-time

- Ensure quality products, efficient material flow, and proper machine and equipment operation
- Select, train, coach, and counsel employees to maintain safe and efficient work performance
- Organize and assign work duties while monitoring employee performance and productivity
- Investigate and resolve equipment issues, quality concerns, and production delays
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to improve workflow and operational efficiency
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards
What You Need to Bring to the Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift Role:- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Strong leadership, communication, and employee coaching skills
- Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety practices
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment, quality, and production issues effectively
- Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the workday
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable
