The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for leading night shift manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team performance goals are met. Work Model:
- Monday - Thursday
- 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
- 40 hours per week
- Occasional Friday overtime as needed
What You Will Do:- Lead, coach, and develop production teams and supervisors
- Ensure production, quality, safety, and delivery goals are achieved
- Coordinate schedules and priorities with other departments
- Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvements
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, quality systems, and GMPs
- Partner with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
- Support staffing, training, performance management, and employee development
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture and maintain strong employee relations
What You Will Need to Be Successful: - High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and support overtime as needed
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- Engineering degree or related technical education preferred
- Experience in process improvement and manufacturing operations preferred
